All eyes are on Travis Kelce and a lingering decision about his football future.

Ahead of Thursday’s Christmas clash against the Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium, Chiefs coach Andy Reid was asked about the 13-year tight end, who may or may not be suiting up for the final time at home.

“I don’t know if it is. I haven’t talked to him,” Reid said Tuesday. “But I think his numbers, and personality, the person, I think speaks for themselves. Phenomenal person. Great for the community, has been great for the community. He’s everything you want from a player representing an organization.”

A former third-round pick out of Cincinnati, Kelce has spent his entire NFL career in Kansas City, winning three Super Bowls alongside Reid, 67, and superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and earning 11 Pro Bowl nods.

Although retirement buzz percolated in February following the Chiefs’ blowout Super Bowl loss to the Eagles, Kelce, 36, confirmed he would return for 2025 — a season that became one to forget.

Currently 6-9 and out of postseason contention, the Chiefs are also playing without Mahomes, who sustained a torn ACL earlier this month.

Even as the chatter intensifies about his future, Kelce — who will reportedly tie the knot with Taylor Swift next year following their August engagement — is keeping his focus on the present.

“I’d rather keep the focus on this team, right now,” he said before the Chiefs’ Week 16 loss to the Titans. “All the conversations I have with the team moving forward will be with them. It’s a unique time in my life. I’ve got three games left & I know when the season ends.”

Through 15 games, Kelce has tallied 68 receptions for 803 yards and five touchdowns. He only scored three touchdowns in 2024.

The Chiefs will be on the road against the Raiders in their final game of the season on Jan. 4.
